detached from
umbilical cord
saw a light
born in a cage
first light seen when i was born in this cage
looked like a hope but in every step i take
i get closer to truth
we had the choice ,we chose the chains
and left generations growing in pain
Land of the damned you deceiver
i puke on your soil
watering hope within putridity
will i save my flesh
they divided the races
for the good of the malignant
fed by the blood of the innocents
they destroyed the populace to reach supremacy
letting us rot in this infinite agony
like machines, forced by a doctrine
living long in blindness with chains within
tyrannized we lay no power to resist
like a herd of sheep guided by who leads
in the cage we're born
nailed to the soil in this
cage we've grown
hoping for nothingness
I'm a big fan of The Faceless middle two albums and when I saw Lyle Cooper was on this album I knew I needed to check it out. I bought the discography almost instantly, reminds me a little of The Faceless and a bit more of Fallujah who I also adore. Well worth the money, Support these great Musicians! dragonslayer8228
